The duties of a call center typically include:

  1. Handling Inbound Calls: Answering incoming calls from customers or clients regarding inquiries, complaints, product support, or general assistance.
  2. Making Outbound Calls: Initiating calls to customers for various purposes such as sales, follow-ups, surveys, or to provide information.
  3. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and answering questions promptly and effectively.
  4. Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical issues related to products or services, troubleshooting problems, and providing solutions.
  5. Sales and Upselling: Selling products or services to customers, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  6. Data Entry and Documentation: Recording and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the call center’s database or CRM system.
  7. Problem Resolution: Identifying and resolving customer problems or complaints in a timely manner, escalating issues to higher levels of management if necessary.
  8. Following Scripts and Procedures: Adhering to call scripts, guidelines, and procedures provided by the company to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  9. Meeting Targets and Goals: Meeting or exceeding performance targets such as call handling time, first-call resolution rate, customer satisfaction scores, and sales quotas.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Participating in training sessions and coaching programs to improve communication skills, product knowledge, and overall performance in the call center.
  11. Shift Work: Working in shifts to ensure coverage during different hours of the day, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the call center’s operating hours.
  12. Adhering to Regulations: Complying with industry regulations and standards, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure legal and ethical conduct in all customer interactions.

Salary is about $800 to $1200+ commission with accommodation, food, etc. The job is a personal assistant in managing a group of companies.
