The Initiatives and Volunteering Incubator “Izdihar” is one of Qatar Charity’s projects that aims to develop and support the capacity building of volunteers and humanitarian initiatives in all fields and raise awareness of their importance in advancing society and creating a better tomorrow within an organized framework, and to be an edifice of creativity and a platform for community and humanitarian awareness, through development. Young people and unleashing the creative energies in them, to be leaders of a promising and ambitious future, and to contribute to preserving the values and principles of society through the correct channels and solid and upright foundations.

Incubator and volunteer programs
“Izdihar” provides intensive training courses, workshops, and field applications to build the capabilities of volunteers. From this standpoint, the incubator has training bags in various fields from which the volunteer will gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
