Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for an Executive Administrative Assistant to Serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Command Group and provides executive support to the Commanding General, Deputy Commander, the Chief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major. This position will be located in Qatar and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities
Serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the Command Group and provides executive support to the Commanding General, Deputy Commander, the Chief of Staff, and Command Sergeant Major. Facilitates coordination, communication, planning, and execution across the area of responsibility and special staff. Synchronizes the Command Group and advises the staff and subordinate units on administrative procedures for Command Group correspondence and ensures its accuracy and timeliness. Maintains a positive rapport, facilitates communication between higher, adjacent, and subordinate units, and assists these commands in interactions with the Command Group. Provides the Commanding Generals Aide with administrative support for a deployed C2 Advising Structure. Prepares correspondence, routes memorandums, and maintains personnel records. Coordinates requests for evaluations, monitors requests for personnel actions, information management, orders for temporary duty and travel, personnel processing, personnel security clearances, process recommendations for awards and decorations, and initiates actions for passports & visas. Receives and processes higher headquarters and other unit/organization requests to visit the Command and/or staff. Plans and executes all aspects of visits including coordination across staff functions and other co-located commands to ensure visitor’s objectives are met. Shall remain flexible to assist as mission dictates.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
Clearance required: TS SCI

  • Associate’s with 5 – 8 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Applicants must possess ten years of executive support experience OR four years of education above the high school level OR equivalent combinations of education and experience
  • Experience as an executive assistant at an O-6 Command or higher
  • Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
  • Able to accept a written assignment and produce releasable work within prescribed deadlines
  • Communicating in cross-cultural and multi-cultural environments both in written and oral formats

  • Experience supporting U.S. Special Operations

Posted Pay Range

The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. Help Desk/Communication Focal Point

Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Help Desk (CFP). This position will be located in Qatar and will be an onsite position.

Responsibilities
Provide client-level help desk support. The contractor shall:

  • Administer, maintain and load basic computer platform, software, firmware and hardware;
  • Serve as the focal point for user issues and tracking;
  • Be the first-level support for desktop and network issues;
  • Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved to the NCC and then the NOSC;
  • Perform help desk support services IAW CTOs, NOTAMs, SPIN-C, DOD, AF, CENTCOM, AFCENT and TO-site specific local policies and procedures;

Administer job control and ticket flow.

Qualifications
High School with 3 – 6 years (or commensurate experience)
Clearance Required: Secret
Required Skills And Experience

  • IAT-II Certification

One Or More Of The Following

  • – MCSA-Windows Server 2012/2016 or newer or MCSA-SQL Server 2012/2014 or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified
  • – 3-5 years’ experience in: design, maintenance, and operation of small to medium networks; administrating corporate or business’ user accounts managing mail servers, printer servers, and web servers; systems management, monitoring and sustainment; hardware repair for servers, PCs, peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment; AND
  • – Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting military networks to include: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems; Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 (or later version) and other mail applications (local and remote); Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 or later version; Network server backup; DHCP, DNS, WINS, and domain controllers; BMC Remedy; hardware troubleshooting, installing, servicers, personal computers, and peripheral equipment; software installation, maintenance and sustainment; customer service and remote support
  • Pending contract award
