We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to a C-Suite executive for our client in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, document handling, and office management.
- Coordinate and manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Utilize DocuSign for secure and efficient document signing and management.
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for executives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting C-Suite executives in large organizations.
- Strong experience in travel coordination and administrative management.
- High proficiency in general administrative tasks, including document management and scheduling.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in similar Executive Assistant roles is essential.
- Minimum level of education: Bachelor’s degree

We are looking to hire a Procurement Data Scientist who will be responsible for analyzing and preparing procurement data for our client based in Dubai, UAE which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Tactical Sourcing Department and reports directly to the Director of Tactical Sourcing.
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Data Scientist to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with procurement data and a strong ability to generate actionable insights. This role requires proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, with a focus on improving procurement processes and strategies through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to visualize data and track key metrics.
- Utilize Python and SQL to perform data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Generate and present detailed reports on procurement performance and data insights.
- Work on predictive data modelling to forecast procurement trends and improve decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analyses and reports.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in data science roles.
- Proven experience working with procurement data in a data science or analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with predictive data modelling techniques.
Statistical Analysis:
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and concepts to analyze procurement data effectively.
Big Data Technologies:
- Experience with big data frameworks such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies.
Database Management:
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts.
Supply Chain Knowledge:
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes to provide relevant insights.
Collaboration Tools:
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) for effective teamwork.
Critical Thinking:
- Ability to think critically and approach problems methodically to develop data-driven solutions.
Presentation Skills:
- Strong presentation skills to communicate complex analyses in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
Availability:
