HR Assistant JOB DESCRIPTION: Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support for HR Department Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Communicate with public services when necessary Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database QUALIFICATIONS: Female Candidate locally available in Qatar Must hold a valid QID and NOC to transfer sponsorship Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position Skills: Administrative Skills Clerical Proficiency: Ability to provide clerical support, maintain files, and organize documentation systematically. Data Management: Experience in compiling and updating employee records, both in hard and soft copies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Communication Skills Verbal and Written Communication: Strong skills to effectively deal with employee inquiries, communicate HR policies, and coordinate with public services. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with employees, candidates, and team members, facilitating a positive work environment. Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular) Knowledgeable in Qatar Labor Law Excellent organizational skills Strong communications skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From QAR1,000.00 per month Waitress / Arabic Job Role: Greets customers and demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Creating ambience and greeting customers and identifying their requirements. Giving customers a choice of menu and presenting oneself as a food consultant. Maximize orders for higher revenue. To provide age and gender specific services as per their unique and collective requirements to increase customer loyalty. Product Knowledge Product Expertise: Familiarity with the products offered to effectively assist customers, answer questions, and provide insights as a “food consultant.” Menu Knowledge: Ability to explain menu options and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Sales Skills Sales Techniques: Skills in maximizing orders and upselling products to increase revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Engagement: Proficiency in promoting suitable products and creating a compelling shopping experience.
