As Guest Service Officer – Front Office you will be creating a welcoming experience for our guests through helpful and exceptional service: greeting the guests when they arrive at the hotel, assisting them with the registration, processing payments and responding to the guests’ inquiries. In this position you will be proactively resolving service-related concerns and providing appropriate follow up. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating signature experience.

You will be providing a consistent and exceptional level of service through processing all reservation requests by phone, e-mail and RESERVE / OPERA systems.

About the role:

We are currently looking for a bright, energetic, ambitious, goal-driven Sales Executive who will be responsible for maximizing sales and achieving pre-determined targets, who will work closely with Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments. In this role you will contribute to the Sales revenue through maintaining strong relationship with the established clients as well as through bringing new business opportunities. You will professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts and to ensure a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales solicitation via telephone, contracts and written communications.
