Urgent Requirement:
Security Guard (Residential Properties)
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and access points.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain the security of premises.
- Patrol industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Answer alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Respond to emergencies, provide assistance during incidents, and liaise with emergency services when necessary.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Ensure the security and safety of all tenants and visitors.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Assist with crowd control during events and ensure the safety of guests.
