Driver
We are looking for a professional and amicable personal driver to Management:
– Safely transport family members and guests to and from various locations.
– Securely collect/ deliver stuff, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to intended location or recipient in a timely manner.
– Drop-off cars for regular cleaning.
Requirements:
Punctual and reliable. Secrecy is vital.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a household setting.
Valid Qatar driving license (Light).
Excellent driving skills.
Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods.
Good communication skills in English.
Complying with road regulations at all times.
Neatly presented and professional.
Ability to work during evenings and on weekends, as required.

Senior Accountant
– Oversee the financial statements and year end audit reports.
– Able to handle internal and external auditors professionally.
– Prepare the monthly financial statements and consolidation financial statements including Cash flow and Budget.
– Technically good knowledge of accounting especially (Job wise profitability, Complete purchase cycle and invoicing to the customers).
– Good knowledge of Inventory and able to handle the inventory system including costing, warehousing knowledge, stock taking & coding etc.
– Perform reconciliation (Inventory, Bank, Debtors & Creditors).
– Review/Prepare of Cash Payment, Cheque Payment Vouchers & Journal vouchers with proper allocation to the respective accounts heads and entering in the accounting software.
– Liaise with the bank for tender, performance and advance bank guarantee, issuance, and amendments of letter of credit.
– Protect organization details / values by keeping information confidential.
– Prepare Payroll and upload the same in WPS.
– Maintain Fixed Assets register with addition and disposals.
Skills:
– Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior positions
– Bachelor’s degree in commerce, professional degree an added advantage.
– well versed in MS office.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Good knowledge of Qatari Labor Law and ability to manage tax assessment from tax authority.
– Ability to face challenges with a positive attitude.
– Capable of handling top management and dealing with them as and when required.
– Quick adapts to the accounting software (Peachtree, Quick Books) and ERP system.
– Team player and ability to manage a team.
– Professional attitude towards work.
– Able to handle pressure and highly multi-tasking.
