Security Guard
Job Summary:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the facility. This includes monitoring premises, controlling access points, responding to emergencies, and ensuring the protection of property and personnel. The role requires vigilance, promptness, and adherence to safety protocols while working in shifts of 12 hours per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and Surveillance:
- Patrol the facility premises regularly to ensure that all areas are secure and free from any suspicious activities.
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and alarm systems to detect any signs of irregularities or unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to any security breaches or alarms, taking necessary actions to address issues.
- Access Control:
- Manage entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors gain access to the premises.
- Check identification and maintain visitor logs, issuing visitor passes as needed.
- Conduct security checks at entrances and exits to prevent theft, trespassing, or other unlawful activities.
- Emergency Response:
- Respond swiftly to emergencies, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats.
- Coordinate with local authorities, such as police or fire departments, in the event of major incidents.
- Ensure compliance with emergency procedures and evacuation plans, assisting in evacuations if necessary.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of all security incidents, patrols, and observations during shifts.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions to the Security Supervisor or Facility Manager.
- Ensure that all incidents are documented accurately and submitted promptly.
- Safety Compliance:
- Follow company and facility safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all staff and visitors.
- Ensure that fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and first aid supplies are readily accessible and functional.

Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the housekeeping team and ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean, well-maintained, and meet health and safety standards. The supervisor will manage daily operations, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that cleaning schedules are followed, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Team Management:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that duties are performed to the highest standard.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and ensure all areas of the facility are cleaned and maintained according to schedule.
- Inspect assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met, addressing any issues or complaints from facility occupants.
- Provide ongoing training and support to staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling & Task Allocation:
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for the housekeeping team.
- Adjust work assignments based on operational needs, staff availability, or specific facility events or requirements.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the assigned time frames.
- Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that all housekeeping operations comply with health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues within the facility.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, inspections, and any incidents or accidents.
- Stock & Equipment Management:
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.

- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Quality Assurance & Customer Service:
