Shelter Group is seeking for a Business Developer to identify new business opportunities, develop, maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity and performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in business development.
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in construction or real estate
• MBA, Masters or a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field
• Proven success in a managerial role
• Strong decision-making ability
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
• Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans
• Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable

Facilities Engineer – Facility Management

Shelter Group is looking for a Facilities Engineer to join our Facility Management team.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in managing projects in facility maintenance
- Excellent knowledge of electromechanical systems (electricity, low current, mechanics)
- Preferably QCDD-certified
- Sound knowledge of standards in the State of Qatar
- Good knowledge of quality management systems, health, safety, and environment management, and laws
- High ability in analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
Skills:
- Educational Background: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Project Management: At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years managing facility maintenance projects.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of electromechanical systems (electricity, low current, mechanics).
- Certification: Preferably holds QCDD certification.
