About The Opportunity
To focus on growing our NFV Business which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of quick commerce items & e-groceries at hypermarket prices.
Role Scope
- Populating and proposing content for the product Catalogs on the Talabat app
- Participating in the identification and correction of Catalog errors; investigating Catalog related complaints
- Enhancing the vendor front page through various merchandising methods.
- Creating reports regarding work received and work performed
- Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain and help improve inventory health.
- Identifying possible improvements in the processes you work on and suggesting ways of implementation for the needed changes
- Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensuring that the quality standards are met
- Inform the manager regarding possible quality issues; investigate the situation and recommend corrective actions
- Flag any updates received from stakeholders on process to Lead/Manager
- Participate in process related meetings/calls.
- Fluent in Arabic (Speak/Write)
Skills:
- Content Management: Ability to populate and propose content for product catalogs on the Talabat app.
- Error Identification: Skill in identifying and correcting catalog errors and addressing related complaints.
- Merchandising: Experience in enhancing vendor front pages through effective merchandising techniques.
- Reporting: Proficiency in creating reports on work received and performed.
- Supply Chain Problem Solving: Capability to resolve issues in the supply chain and improve inventory health.
What Did We Order?
- 1 – 2 years of work experience or background in innovative business operations processes is considered an advantage.
- Upper Intermediate written and oral communication skills in English & Arabic
- Good working knowledge of MS Office; MS Excel proficiency is an advantage
- Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research – finding information about large amounts of data in a timely manner.
Ability to:
- Multitask in a fast paced environment
- Operate in the system with the speed and accuracy necessary to meet departmental standards
- Dive deep into a problem, perform ‘Root Cause Analysis’ and identify constraints to recommend a solution
- Maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external customers.
- Salesforce is experience is a plus.

Job Description
Role Summary:
What’s on Your Plate?
- Monitor live operations to ensure optimal performance across the city/zone.
- Track and assess rider performance on a city/zone level.
- Ensure effective rider utilization during peak and non-peak hours.
- Conduct audits of fleet appearance and rider behavior through on-ground visits and stay updated with field insights.
- Manage walk-in queries from riders.
- Liaise with fleet partners to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist dispatchers with rider-related communication.
- Facilitate feedback loops between riders and management.
- Resolve queries and escalations from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Oversee zonal performance and take corrective actions (Warning, Suspension, Termination) against low-performing riders.
- Investigate rider-related issues raised by customers or vendors.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the line manager.
Skills:
- Operational Monitoring: Ability to monitor live operations to ensure optimal performance across a city/zone.
- Performance Tracking: Skill in assessing rider performance at the city/zone level.
- Utilization Management: Ensuring effective rider utilization during both peak and non-peak hours.

- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Urdu is a must. Arabic is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- UAE Driving License is a must.
