Document Controller
Job Summary:
Ensure Document Management consistency across all Projects, rigorously, maintaining control and traceability of the documentation from Project initiation throughout completion.
Job Accountabilities:
- Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain the Document Management System.
- Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
- Ensure Document Management accordingly to established procedures or standards (documents numbering, formats, issuance, review, dispatch, recording and archiving)
- Adjusting document number formats as per client’s documentation standards/EGEC policy.
- General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of supplier’s documents compliance with Project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related.
- Assistance in the preparation collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required.
Skills:
- Document Management Expertise:
- Proficient in implementing and maintaining document control processes and procedures.
- Attention to Detail:
- Strong ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in document numbering, formats, and standards.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Experience with Document Management Systems (DMS) and various software tools for managing electronic and paper documents.
- Organizational Skills:
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage large volumes of documents and maintain traceability.

Design Coordinator
The Design Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the architectural design process. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure projects run smoothly, meet deadlines, and adhere to budget constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the design process, including scheduling meetings, managing project documents, and maintaining project timelines.
- Assist the Senior Architect with the development and preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules, with a focus on veterinary and agricultural laboratory specific requirements.
- Manage project budgets and track project expenses, considering specialized equipment and materials used in these laboratories.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure clear project communication and information flow, particularly regarding veterinary and agricultural laboratory specific needs.
- Facilitate and document project meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are tracked and completed, with a focus on discussions related to animal housing, biosafety protocols, and specialized lab equipment
- Maintain project files and ensure all documents are properly organized and archived, including documents related to specific veterinary and agricultural laboratory regulations and standards.
Skills:
- Project Management:
- Strong skills in coordinating all aspects of the design process, including scheduling and managing timelines.
- Architectural Knowledge:
- In-depth understanding of architectural design, particularly in veterinary and agricultural laboratory specifications.
- Budget Management:
- Experience in managing project budgets and tracking expenses related to specialized equipment and materials.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication for clear interaction with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Meeting Facilitation:
- Ability to facilitate project meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items efficiently.
Qualifications:
- UPDA Certified – Grade A is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- More than 15 years of experience in a design or construction environment.
- Regional experience and min of 7 years in similar field is required
- BIM Experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
