  1. Performance Monitoring: Track the execution of goals and job responsibilities, and report performance results to the direct supervisor regularly.
  2. Coordination: Handle the technical and logistical coordination for required meetings and organize training and awareness sessions related to guidelines and systems concerning customer service.
  3. Collaboration: Coordinate with organizational units to respond to inquiries, develop improvement plans, and provide necessary documentation.
  4. Feedback Monitoring: Follow up on responses from relevant organizational units regarding customer needs based on surveys and mystery shopping, and prepare related reports and recommendations for the department head.
  5. Service Guide Update: Oversee the updating of the service guide for the authority.
  6. Performance Measurement: Monitor and measure service-related performance indicators according to the established schedule.
  7. Process Improvement: Suggest ideas for improving work procedures.
  8. Compliance: Follow instructions issued by the direct supervisor.

Specialist Senior Registrar (Nephrology)

Ensures that  optimal care is being provided to inpatients, outpatients and Emergency  Department

patients.

Investigating, diagnosing and treating medically or surgically ill patients referred to his specialty and according to his privileges in collaboration with the consultant.

Participates in teaching activities in the Department and provides regular seminars or presentations.

Involvement in research, quality-related activities , and other clinical/administrative meetings when

deemed necessary by the head of the department and the hospital administration.

Involvement in the departmental and hospital-wide performance monitoring & Improvement activities.
